JJ’s Creative Kitchen, Inc. is the sole owner of this website and all content, images, pages, design, marketing, media, sound, etc. We collect information from our customers at several different locations on our website to enhance your visit to our site. These “cookies” assist us serve you better. However, we do not save any cookies and the system is purged on a regular basis to ensure no unnecessary information has been collected and/or saved. Order Forms

We collect personal information in connection with the purchase of any products you order with our company. Orders may be automated from our shopping cart or manually through a paper order form which is downloaded in a portable document format (.pdf). Either way, we request personal information from the customer on order forms. To fulfill the order, a customer must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information may also be used to contact the customer. Unless otherwise stated, or agreed upon, we do not use any personal information from our customers.
